• Q: I would like to know if you are ISO certificated and what standards for your wire?
• A: Please find attached our certificates of ISO9001:2008 & ISO14001:2004,also our current technical standard EN10324:2004 for your check.

 

• Q: What type of quality control for your wire? How can we be sure that your wire is good and stable in dimeter,coating,tensile strength and bobbin balance? If any complains occourred,how to deal with?

• A: Regarding our quality control,the best raw materials come from world-renown Chinese steel producers like Sha Steel,and Bao Steel.And our process and production flow are strictly according to the requirements of ISO9001 international quality system.After production,100% spools of wire tested for qualificaion.Quality certificate will be offfered for each specification / shipment.

Even any complaint,we will find out the reasons,and respond at the first time.And let you know the right remedies to avoid similar problems again. If that indeed caused your loss,we will afford what shoud we do,including same replaced by us free of cost.

Before your order to us,free samples can be offered for your test.If qualified, you can place a trial order to check the quality stability of our wire by yourselves.Then you can decide if to cooperate with us or not.

 

• Q: How can you insure that your wire will not rust?
• A: Our wire shall not rust if only in suitable storage control & within guarantee period(6 Months).

Rust protection:proper Cu Coating;PH value control for emulsions in the last drawing;immediately packed after production,suitable desiccant,sealed package and so on.
