Hose Wire

Hose wire is also called hose reinforcement wire, steel wire for hose reinforcement,brass coated steel wire and brass plated hose wire etc. It is widely applied to the reinforcement of rubber and thermoplastic hose  in the forms of braiding or spiral wrapping by rubber hose manufacturers. The application is in hydraulic and fluid power industry. It is also ideal for use in industrial brushes. Brushes made from steel wire are used mainly for cleaning, grinding and deburring of surfaces. 

Specification:

• Diameters:        0.20mm to 0.80mm.
• Tensile Strength:        2150N/mm² to 3350N/mm², depend on diameter.
• Mass of brass coating:        3.0-5.0g/kg.

LAVARA wire can meet and exceed the European Standard BS EN 10324:2004. Other specifications can be also manufactured as customers’ requirements.
